Fresh Fruit Salsa
3/4 cup diced kiwi
1 3/4 cup apples, finely diced
1 cup raspberries, sliced in half if large
1 1/3 cup strawberries, diced
2 cups mangoes, diced
1/4 cup fruit preserves
2-4 Tbsp. organic, pure maple syrup, to taste
1. Mix together and enjoy!
2. Serve with sweet crackers, or homemade sweet tortilla chips, on yogurt, over pancakes or waffles, as a crepe topping, on slow cooker oatmeal, on muesli, or just by the spoonful.
The amount of maple syrup you will need will depend on the sweetness of your preserves.
Feel free to substitute other fruits in the salsa; except for the apples that provide an important crunch, just keep the measurements the same.
