Fresh Fruit Salsa

 

  • 3/4 cup diced kiwi

  • 1 3/4 cup apples, finely diced

  • 1 cup raspberries, sliced in half if large

  • 1 1/3 cup strawberries, diced

  • 2 cups mangoes, diced

  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves

  • 2-4 Tbsp. organic, pure maple syrup, to taste

 

1.  Mix together and enjoy!

 

2.  Serve with sweet crackers, or homemade sweet tortilla chips, on yogurt, over pancakes or waffles, as a crepe topping, on slow cooker oatmeal, on muesli, or just by the spoonful.  

 

Notes

  • The amount of maple syrup you will need will depend on the sweetness of your preserves.

  • Feel free to substitute other fruits in the salsa; except for the apples that provide an important crunch, just keep the measurements the same.
