Cilantro Avocado Salad Dressing

• 1 cup plain raw yogurt, or thick kefir

• 2-3 tsp. RealTaste Hope seasoning, to taste

• 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro

• 1/2 avocado

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
