Balsamic Salad Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp. Organic, Raw Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp. Raw, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp. Organic lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Organic Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tsp. Organic Dijon Mustard

  • 1/2 tsp. RealTaste Zen seasoning


1. Mix together in a small jar.

2. Store in the fridge for several weeks.

3. If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, run the bottle under cold water, gradually increasing to hot. If the oil is still clumpy, set the jar in a small bowl with hot water for a minute or two.

NOTES

We like to keep this dressing on hand in the fridge as we use it often.
