No Bake Cheesecake Dessert

  • 8 oz. Raw, Cultured Yogurt Cheese

  • 5 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

  1. Blend together with a hand mixer until smooth.

  2. Pour into small containers lined with a generous amount of the crust used in this recipe from the talented wholegraci.

  3. Garnish as desired.


Nutrient dense foods- even desserts- tend to be more filling and satisfying. These are perfect served in little shot glasses for a sweet and adorable treat.

You can use 11-12 dates in the crust recipe for a little extra sweetness.
